Well this is optical illusion , illusion is nothing but a distortion (alternation of the original shape).. means the shape is original but our mind can't understand/interpret, which shape is right due to distortion.. This is not any disease almost every persons , suffer from Illusion. an illusion describes a misinterpretation of a true sensation.
